Our artists work in a number of electronic art programs. Our artists have done everything from produce parts books for aircraft and heavy machinery to painting murals for public buildings. They are top-notch.
Our staff of technical writers and artists all have engineering and/or mechanic experience. Our technical writers have engineering degrees and maintenance supervision experience as well. You don’t have to baby-sit us. Our job is to write and illustrate a manual for you, not cause you more headaches.
We are not afraid to get dirty on the job. We check our work against the product in the field. The above picture shows our owner checking instructions in the instrument compartment of an aircraft.
Our audience is the operator and the mechanic – like these miners – not the literary critic or the technical jargon showoff or the multisyllable bureaucracy. We write in plain English for the people who depend on what we write.
Our approach cuts down on the number of assistance calls your service people will have to take. That saves your outfit time and money.
